Saturday to Saturday bookings only during Peak and Mid season (April – October). Days of arrival and departure can be flexible in low season.

During the Summer School Holidays our home can only be rented as a 4 x bedroom villa. During any other period the home can be rented as either a 3 x bedroom (max 6 guests) or 4 x bedroom (max 8 guests). The below prices reflect this option.

Long weekend stays + flexible arrival and departure dates are accepted outside of mid/peak season (all above dates excluded!) Please contact us for a price if interested!

The above prices are a fully inclusive weekly price based on ‘sensible’ consumption of utilises i.e electric. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and the end of your stay.
